How We Can Help You
1.I only have a rough sketch-can I still start an ODM project?
Absolutely. We accept hand drawings, photo collages, even just style references. Our team will translate your vision into a detailed CAD model.
2.How long does it take to see a CAD or rendering?
Usually within 48–72 hours. We offer fast turnaround so you can quickly visualize, refine, and approve your design.
3.Can I request changes after seeing the CAD or sample?
Yes. You can request revisions at both the CAD and prototype stages - that's part of our process to ensure you're happy before we go into production.
4.Do I have to sample before production?
Sampling is optional but recommended, especially for complex or high-value pieces. We offer both physical prototypes and detailed 3D renderings.
5.Will I own the design after it's made?
Yes. Once finalized, your ODM design is exclusively yours. We do not reuse, resell, or share custom ODM designs without written permission.
6.Is everything confidential? Will you use my design elsewhere?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs upon request, and all designs remain exclusive to you.
7.What happens if there's a defect in the final products?
We take full responsibility for quality issues covered by our agreement. We'll either replace the defective units or offer an appropriate solution.
